Multiple Level Smart Automatic Car Parking System

Product Description

For the BDP parking system, the parking space selected is moved to the derised position by means of an automatic control system, and the parking space can be shifted vertically or horizontally. By swiping card or input code, the system automatically moves the platforms in the desied position.

Mechanical:
All steel materials are national standard steels, sourced from top steel factories in China.
All the essential parts are adopted stronger and thicker materials to make sure the
structure is always stable.
Akzo Nobel powder is applied on the structure surface
Modular structure can reduce the failure rate of systems effectively. This featur e also
makes the installation, commission and maintenance eas ier and more convenient.

2 Waving plates:
Made of galvanized plates with 90-120μm galvanization finishing, which performs very well for different outdoor environments.
The shape of every waving plate is specially fabricated for antislip.

3 Wire ropes:
7 times load of rated capacity ensures safety

4 Sheaves:
All the sheaves we are using are made of high quality extra strong MC Nylon with oil retaining bearing. They are wearing resistant and 4 times as long as the lifetime of steel cast sheaves. They can be self lubricated to protect wire ropes with much less wearing, low noise and low vibration.

The control system is Omron PLC. Emergency stop button, air switches, contractors and relays are Schneider.

The structure can be larger and higher with 2500kg capacity on each platform to fit for SUV parking.
Customized dimensions:
The system can be expanded to a combination of 3 levels underground and 2 to 15 levels above ground.
The usable sizes of each platform, length, width and height, can be customized according to car sizes in different project.
Safety gate in front of the system is optional. Both lifting gate and sliding gate is available for customers' choice.
